The Doctor made the patient (my child) absolutely comfortable by his friendly talk with him. My Child on his own explained all relating to his ear pain. I appreciate such good friendly gesture from a Doctor I was meeting first time. In such cases, I patient is without doubt, very much satisfied for he has been heard in totality. He was nice and warm. Liked his way of treatment. He was quite experienced and he did my work done with great ease and care.
I can say Dr is very unprofessional and didn't listen to the concern and even don't try to understand the problem. Dr should empathetic and responsible to understand to ur concern. Without being listening to anything he panics the patient which results in tension. My wife had tinnng sound in ear, ******* ***** ********* ** ***** *** * ********* ***** *** ***** **** he checked the report and was so unprofessional that I don't have words. Dr's always need to be polite and understanding the concern with solid answers. I tried to check what the concern is but his rude and arrogant made me to visit other doctor. Can't accept his behaviour and way he diagnosis. Thanks.

Dr. MC Sharma looked at my ear for 2 seconds and said I have a ear drum rupture and I will need surgery, he scared me immediately which was very disturbing. His attitude was very werid. and then he spent a long time looking for his instruments and blaming the nurses.
