She completed her specialist training in obstetrics and gynecology from Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi. She was honored Diplomate of National Board (OBG) from the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, after training at DDU Hospital, New Delhi. She was amongst outstanding students while pursuing MRCOG 1 from the reputed Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, London.
