I had the problem of gradual vision loss for quite sometime. I was not finding myself in a position to properly read the written texts either in print or in digital media. Hi my name is Piyali Roy, I had visited the Center on the 24th July with my fiancé. He was experiencing pain and mild swelling in his eye. As suggested by one of our family friends, I had high expectations on the level of service, until I met the doc who was supposed to consult. Her name was dr Kiran Kirtani, I have never ever seen any doc being so rude, her body language was so scary, *** ********* *** ** ********* * *** ** ******** *** **** *** ** ***** ** *** *** **** ** *** ****** I had to give this feed back for her ** **** ***** *** ****** ***** *** ******* ******* ** ***** ***** ****** ***** * **** * *** ** ******** ** **** **** ** ***** ********* **** ***** ************* ***** ******* **** ****** ** *** ***** ****** *** *** should have for patience to feel free to discuss every issue the person faces to treat the complication with more transparency. My fiancé literally got frozen, and I was almost stammering after I encountered her reaction. My only fault was, the mask I was wearing had just dropped from my nose and was stuck just from below where the nostrils are, and This happend because I had to talk and, just asked very politely if the chair was sanitised.I realise at this point in time am not supposed to be easy about these things. How ever I do make sure that my nose mouth is covered in public all the time. I still dint expect this from a doc. **** ***** **** **** ****** **** *********

I had a very good experience she is a very polite and good listener as well. Like I explained all the problems and she was listening to it properly giving me advice as well. I was having stye in my eyes and it''s still there as it was not coming out of it so, that can be done by surgery. But she suggested me not get in with surgery. As of now its still there because she advised me some eye drops. I am happy with the doctor and consultation, and the consultation fees were nominal one otherwise if we are going to the hospital we need to spend more than 2000 but that is fine for me. The thing is, we need to wait for a long time there like 1 or 2 hours, but I think especially visiting for an eye doctor we need to spare some time. Definitely I would recommend this doctor.

I had consulted the doctor and it was for health concern related to eyes, my eyes was watery. ********* *** **** ** *** ******* I am very satisfied with the explanation and treatment given. Doctor was very friendly also while treating. I can recommend doctor to my family or friends. Eye drops was suggested by doctor. My health is good now. There was some waiting time in the hospital, it was for 30 minutes. Hospitality was good.

Basically, My Mother's treatment is caring by Dr Kiran. From past 2 year, My mother feel very better recovery . Dr Kiran is given sufficient time to consult the matter, suggest the right habits and prescribed Test & Medicine which is strongly recommended for cure.

We are very much thankful to Dr Kiran for her valuable time and care.
