His journey speaks of great expertise in his field as well as leadership qualities. He has an excellent reputation in capacity building, training and running retina centres in many parts of India. He has been instrumental in setting and bringing up retina departments in various places in Delhi and NCR regions.
Dr Guha has also pioneered the mammoth task of setting up retina clinics of flourishing eye centres in far off places like Gorakhpur, Varanasi, Bareilly, Ambala, Amritsar, Pathankot and Srinagar. In these places he has struck wonderful collaboration with anterior segment surgeons and established very successful retina care.
