Was nicely explained about the cause and the two alternative treatment of tennis elbow problem. Opting for the time being not for taking a shot of local steroid injection when explained it is safe but will cause pain for two days and demanding not lifting of weights for two days which was unavoidable for me as I was scheduled for a journey, I opted to be introduced to physiotherapy.
