Dr. Gautam treated me for root canal (RCT). I had a great experience particularly for the following reasons:

1. Treatment was painless. Dr. Gautam makes the experience very calming, with lot of patience.

2. Clinic had an extremely controlled environment with Covid measures taken for every step (PPE for anyone entering clinic, sanitization before and after every patient visit, doctor and attendants everyone following protocols diligently).

3. I really managed to get this procedure done given the time flexibility Dr. Gautam provided me, visiting after my work hours at 8 PM.

4. Dr. Gautam's pleasing personality. He would explain to the level of detail you would want to, and will help you choose any product options based on your priorities.

5. Clinic staff are very friendly and respectful.

My experience with the doctor was extremely pleasant. I was greeted by smiling attendant and in a comfortable waiting room. My appointment purpose was verified. The doctor was very professional and made sure i understood what was being done and what the best solution would be. I had cavities and the doctor helped in restoring those. I am usually scared of dentist visits, But Dr. Gautam Agarwal made it really easy and my concerns disappeared in a flash. I would recommend Dr. Gautam to not only my friends and family but to anyone else who needs a considerate and extremely well qualified dentist.

Dr. Gautam Agarwal is one of the finest and experienced doctor. I had 3 front tooth fractured. He advised me with all the possible options that would be feasible and sustainable. His treatment was very helpfull *** ********* without any pain. He takes utmost care of the patient and work on minute details, no matter the problem wheather small or big. He explains the condition and treatment so well that there will be no doubt or questions in the mind of the patient.

I visited Dr. Gautam for dental filling and cleaning. I had a very good experience with him. On my first visit he patiently and clearly explained me my dental issues, recommended treatment measures and costs. I found him to be very genuine. My subsequent sittings went well and he was very cooperative. I would highly recommended Dr. Gautam for any dental related procedure in the Safdarjung Area atleast.

Before starting the treatment, doctor asked me which tooth was paining.He took X-ray to find out the exact location and extent of damage.

He then explained that I would require RCT in one tooth of upper jaw .I may have to visit 2-3 times.

During treatment phase root cleaning was done.Some anesthesia injection was given to reduce pain.The sittings were comfortable.

I am satisfied wit the diagnosis, treatment and procedure.

Excellent. A very competent yet down to earth doctor who is always there to help and concerns himself with patients well being. Kind, compassionate and caring. Not at all into money minting business. On the contrary suggests ways to save money which is a very rare thing these days.

It was a pleasant experience visiting Dr. Gautam. I was a bit apprehensive before the procedure ( as I guess everybody is before visiting a dentist) but he made sure that I was comfortable by explaining to me details and answering all my queries.

The actual procedure was painless and finished quickly.

An excellent Doctor....his attitude towards his patients is superb....he makes sure that his patients, specially like me, who have dental treatment phobia get comfortable and then works on the tooth without pain.
