I know how it feels once the treatment is progressive & healing takes its own time. Let me tell you it has been more than four years I am suffering from Hyper Pigmentation & Acne. I have consulted few dermatologists in near by area. I would not lie; I got their reference from my close family members. I have continued the treatment given by them religiously. Initially, I got some relief, but as soon as I change the frequency of the dosage it gave me even worse results.

I was so much depressed & demotivated that I told my friends that nothing is happening & every other person is making money here. They always try to pitch the packages that they have at their clinic.

She told me that I am a steroid dependent. I was using the same ointment for last one and half year. My condition was really very bad. Then, gradually (in a few months) I got rid from steroids.

I will not say my skin looks flawless now. But, it does not look bad at the same time.

I visited Dr Divya for fungal skin infection treatment. I had been taking over the counter treatment for my skin infection thinking it to be minor infection but it spread to many other parts. I went to other doctors but the infection came back again and again. I got to know about Dr Divya through Practo. Dr. Divya Aggarwal is polite, friendly, greets you with a humble smile and make you comfortable. She listens very patiently and provide information on possible causes and diagnosis. The medication that she prescribed worked well and showed improvement. However, skin issues take its own course of time to heal. So, you have to be patient and trust the doctors method. Also, she takes care if the medicine is too harsh or has side effects. It doesnt affect you daily work routine.

I strongly suggest a visit to Dr. Divya Aggarwal for any skin related issues. She also answers queries of her patients via email.

Doctor is good. Listen to problems carefully. But to be loyal and frank. I didn't get treatment satisfaction as i expected. I am upset because she kept on assuring me that your problem will be solved but despite solve it become wrong.

Sugesstion for them:

Before start the treatment (specially for Acne/pimples) doctor should ask patient to get his/her LFT(liver functioning test) and Lipid profile done. If she told me that.. Than i wouldn't suffered from jaundice. So if i have to say on recommendation. I won't recommend. Thank you.

It was wonderful experience. Dr. Divya is a very good doctor. she has listened to my problem with patience and given treatment & other advice to stay away from such problems. I visited Dr. Divya after seeing lot of positive feedback on practo and found myself happy after consulting with her.

I went to her for acne and scars on my face. She explained everything very well and took about 20 minutes to explain everything. Told me about all the pros and cons of laser treatment and insisted on decreasing scars without laser. I m very happy with the results after 2 months.. Its only 10% decrease but its great in 2 months time.
