Dr. Dhirendra Singh Kushwah

**** **** have been visiting him for different reasons since 12 years and every time it was so satisfying experience

I Have got Operated my ear from Dr. Dhirendra Singh kushwah on 10 Jan 2024. The very first thing we want to see that our doctor should be friendly, soft spoken and patience. The way Dr. Treated me was really appreciating. I had contacted many doctors before coming here and really such a bad experience especially with Fortis doctor. I don't want to mention doctor's name here. Dr. Dhimendra Explained me everything before and after my surgery to be done. I would like to recommend everyone who is needed to be done any surgery to come to this hospital. I am fully satisfied with my surgery. I really want to say thank you to doctor for everything. I would like to say that Dr. Dhirendra is the best doctor in Delhi.

He is just excellent. The way he explained the problem was amazing. Also he guaranteed that the patient would be okay by 5 days

Dr. Dhirendra was terrific. ************** sensitive, informative…I was suffering from extreme case of tonsillitis where eating, drinking water, swallowing and even speaking was a everyday struggle for me. From my first visit I immediately felt at ease – and felt confident in my receiving expert medical care. Both me and my husband were panicking initially and pestered Dr Dhirendra with all our silly questions and assumptions but he was very patient throughout. His medicines did wonders to me and within a week I am back to normal. Initially with the kind of pain of I was going through never thought it would go away so early. But here I am all fit and fine eating my favourite food and back to the gym in no time. Can’t thank him enough for his treatment and medicines. Walked away, very impressed with the overall experience. My go to ENT in Delhi. Thumbs totally up :)

* *** *********** The doctor stood by his diagnosis, not wanting to think deeper. I have herpes and severe dizziness. The doctor said it was bppn, he did not want to combine it with herpes and prescribed betahistine, but it did not help.

I had to go to another doctor. As a result, I have vestibular neuritis due to the herpes virus.

And after a strong dose of acyclovir, I felt better. The dizziness has completely passed.

I lost time and money.

But Doctor is very friendly, it’s good.

After that, they don't see the patient again, won't pick up calls, or respond. **** ****** ** ** **********

Doctor is friendly and gives good advice but again some activities make him distrustful. He said he would never suggest Nasivion like medicine to anyone since it's a poison but ended up writing prescription for the same with some other name called Sinoxy AZ. It's the same formula as nasivion. *** ** ******* ***** ** **** ****** **** * **** ***** *** *** *** *** **** ** *****

I went to this doctor for left ear blockage treatment since a week prior the visit, water got stuck into my left ear.

during the treatment he asked me at least thrice what the issue was.

instead of treatment he took the matter to somewhere else and insisted to do the audio hearing test, for which he did not inform me that was chargeable by Rs.800 which we got to know at the time of payment at the reception at the end.

Not only that: i went there for just one problem (that was left ear blockage) but the doctor insisted on checking my nose which wasn't even my main issue. And again I was asked to pay for Rs.1000 for for a 5 second nose test which again we got to know at the end.

so the total amount which they made was

1000(for consultation)+1000(for nose test)+800(audio hearing test)= Rs.2800/-

I asked them why didn't they tell me that I have to pay 1000rs for the nose test otherwise I wouldn't go for it. they immediately deducted 1000/- so and said "ok then pay Rs.1800/-".** ** **** **** **** *** *** ** *** ******* ***** *** ******** ***** ***** **** ***** ** ****** ****** ** *********** ***** ** **** **** ************* *** *********** ***** *** ********

never ever going to visit that doctor again - won't recommend this doctor to anybody!!

**** *** ** * **** **** ********** He showed genuine concern for my health. I have had ear problems before and received cold treatment during previous consultations with other ENT specialists. However my experience with Dr Kushwah was warm and pleasing

Trust me Dr. Kushwah is one of the best doctor I ever visited. Very intelligent doctor and listen to his patients carefully and treat very nicely. My wax issues which I was facing from the last couple of years got completely resolved within 15 mins. He did not prescribe unnecessary medicines and neither left me with a chance to return back. All covid guidelines are being followed strictly at ORL Hospital. In brief I can say Dr. Kushwah is something beyond imagination, an excellent doctor and an excellent human being. I thankyou from the bottom of my heart.
