**** *************** **** ***** ** ******* ******** *** **** ** ***** **** ******* ****** ****** **** ***** ** ******** * ******* *** **** ** ************** ****** ***** We wanted to get a doctor for Diabetes for my father in Delhi NCR as earlier our doctor used to be in another city. We went through a reference and then also it took us 2 weeks to get an appointment. Even after the appointment, we waited for almost an hour.
I took him through my father's medical history and clearly mentioned about a drug that my father took in 2016 which did not suit him. You won't believe that the doctor actually wrote the same medicine. As we couldn't understand his handwriting we only realized it when we came home after buying the medicine. I immediately wrote to Kamal (his assistant) but as expected **** ** ************** ****** *** *** ***** he did not reply at all. I called him the next day and all he did was give me the doctor's number. I kept on calling the doctor for 2-3 days but no response. I even wrote him a message and he only replied to me after 2 days, that too at 6 am in the morning that I can call him at 9am. As I couldn't see the message till that time, I wrote back to him at 9:30am but as expected no response. Finally, on that day he picked up my phone, at 6PM. And obviously, he did not remember anything, I tried explaining him but he was in such a hurry that when I questioned about that medicine he did not have any answer and said that we can give insulin, seriously? is that you would want to go to a doctor for. My father has never taken insulin in the last 20 yrs as he takes care of his diabetes and as per the doctor himself, the tests were not so alarming. Finally when he realized I am not able to understand, he said that he will see the prescription and come back which he never did.

I was suffering from throat pain and was advised to visit a endocrinologist. But after visiting the doctor , ** ****** *** ********* ** **** ******* *** *** **** ******* ***** *********** *** ********* In a consultation of 15 minutes,he focused on my throat pain for hardly 1 minute and for other 14 minutes ** *** **** ******** ***** ******* *** ******* ** ***** *********** *** ********* I was fully disappointed after consultation as it does full fill my purpose. The doctor wasn't following appointments through practo and was following on first come first serve basis. So there's no use to take appointment in advance as they aren't following it.*FULLY DISAPPOINTED*
Unprofessional behaviour of the Personal Assistant of Dr. Sudhir Tripathi.
Inspite of complaining about the same to the doctor, the doctor did not take any action against the employee and neither he asked him that why does he reacts to the patient in such a wrong manner. Before reaching the clinic I already confirm with the receptionist about the charge, she quoted Rs.1500 but after reaching there she quoted Rs.2000 and for the same the personal assistant argued with us in a very unprofessional manner.
In future I would never recommend this doctor to anyone.
He is a wonderful doctor who listens to patients and check all the symptoms like heart rate, weight and recommends best accordingly.

I had an online consultation with him over video conference. Payment was made even before the call started. He told me he will send me my prescription shortly after the call. Its been over 2 months I have not received anything and he has ignored all my calls and messages.

No problem with the Doctor. I am visiting Dr Tripathi since last 5 years.. and I am satisfied..
But
Sama hospital management and staff charges unnecessary money for allready registered patient.
Their registration fee is 500/- and that's only for 6 months.. if you visit Dr after 6 months they will charge you 500 just in name of registration..

Doctor is very good , well experienced , very polite. If the fee charged by hospital can be decreased then most of the patients can get his treatment
