He did his ophthalmology training from a Regional Institute of Ophthalmology, Sitapur. He did his comprehensive ophthalmology fellowship with special training in cornea from prestigious L V Prasad Eye Institute, Hyderabad. He did his cornea and refractive surgery fellowship from Narayana Nethralaya, Bangalore. The excellent training has made it possible for him to give the best results in a corneal field at par with the best places in the world. He now works as cornea specialist at Bharti Eye Hospital. His areas of interest are the corneal transplant and cataract surgery. He has a special interest in refractive surgery.
