Extremely efficient service with a smile

After a visit to Apollo hospital last month ( to Dr Sanjay Sikka) which was amazing for the slipshod and surly behaviour of the staff, I went with no great expectations to Fortis Esc Heart Institute ( Mouthshut won’t allow me to use the full word ??) , when I went to meet Dr Avi Kumar, to be extremely pleasantly surprised by the whole experience .

From Mithlesh, Dr Kumar’s coordinator, who replied back to me at 10.30 pm! when I messaged him to check on the earliest appointment I could have for my sons bronchitis, to smiling efficient helpful Shobha at the registration desk at the OPD 6th floor , Rakesh Rai who was coordinator on the spot and the efficient young ladies who were concierges on the waiting room floor easing and smoothening all processes, each was so efficient while smiling pleasantly that the experience was a study of sharp contracts with my Apollo experience!

And this was to all the patients and accompanying relatives there, it being a reasonably busy Sat morning .

Very grateful indeed ..

These specific staff members indeed deserve kudos for making a dreaded hospital experience so easy for us all ..

Very friendly doctor, Explains everything and listens to your health issues very calmly. I will certainly recommend him.

Highly experienced and have a professional touch. He patiently listen to the problem and interact with patients in a friendly. Infuse confidence in the patient.

Doctor was nice, but staff out side was not friendly. I was having confirmed appointment but they said we don't have your name, i have to wait till 5 pm

very calm n good doctor. He attended us well.listend to all our past medical history properly and then suggested further course!!

He was very nice and friendly, while explaining about my illness. There were no hurry while talking. He explained everything in detail and gave time to me.
