40 years. He is an alumnus of Maulana Azad Medical College from where he completed his MBBS in
1974 and LNJP and GB Pant Hospitals, New Delhi from where he completed his post-graduation in
1978. Dr. Chopra also went to the United Kingdom for further specialisation where he worked as a
Registrar in Chase Farm Hospital and the Royal Postgraduate Medical School, Hammersmith
Hospital. In 1980, he was admitted to the Royal College of Physicians from where he obtained his
MRCP degree. After coming back to India, he worked as a Lecturer at GB Pant Hospital, New Delhi
for a short while. Later in 1984, Dr. Chopra started his private practice.In the same, Dr. Chopra also
laid the stone for Aashlok Hospital which was the first modern multidisciplinary hospital in New
