Good. My appointment was at 11 am.
I reached the hospital at 1035 and completed the procedural formalities of making the payment for the consultation charges.
The reference of the cghs dispensary was not accepted without reason and I was forced to unnecessarily pay the constitution fee.
The doctor had to be away attending an emergency. So I was informed upon enquiry and not voluntarily.
He arrived at about 1130.
A list was put up in which my name was at number 6.
I would have got my chance to meet the doctor only at 1230 despite the on line appointment for 11 am fixed a few days earlier.
The lady at the reception was helpful so that I was the first to meet the doctor at about 1140.
Overall a satisfactory experience. But could be better. I am uncomfortable to wait for too long, I am equally uncomfortable to be impolite to break a queue.
Considering average Indian efficiency a satisfactory experience.

First of all, Dr. Govil is a good human being. As regards his knowledge is concerned, we have been taking advice of some prominent doctors but my father was extremely satisfied and contented with Dr. Govil' advice and treatment. I hope to see Dr. Govil as one of the most famous heart specialist in near future.
Great. Young but very practical doctor.
Hospital is very costly though.
Wait time was nominal inspite of huge crowd.
