I have recently visited to Dr Anupama Singh ji and she is very polite to understand the issues faced by the patient. I have explained all the symptoms which I’m facing and after listening to the entire discussion she prescribed few medicines and I’m feeling better after 2 days.. will be able to comment more as soon as I’ll complete the medicine course. Staff is also supportive and the team is punctual with the timings.

I booked a 9:30 am slot on Practo. While on the way, I called to confirm the appointment and was informed that the doctor's consultation hours start only at 10 am. This was surprising since Practo allowed for booking a 9

I booked a 9:30 am slot on Practo. While on the way, I called to confirm the appointment and was informed that the doctor's consultation hours start only at 10 am. This was surprising since Practo allowed for booking a 9:30 slot. After reaching, the receptionist didn't give us a straight answer regarding the doctor's arrival. After waiting for 40 mins till 10:15, there was still no sign of the doctor and I was not in a position to wait given I was suffering from high fever so I left. I found the whole experience extremely unprofessional and would not be recommending the doctor to anyone.
