The doctor was an hour late, extremely rude to my parent, and not child-friendly. The clinic also did not use protective gear for my 21-month-old, which was very concerning.

The external part of my right ear got swell and reddish. I visited him to get it checked and after just seeing my ear normally from his naked eyes, he told me that it needs to be operated. You need to undergo a minor surgery and it will all be good. I asked him how can it only be cure by surgery only there should be any medications. He denied it and said surgery is the only option or else it will come again. So out of fear, I went to the BLK hospital Rajender Nagar where he was the surgeon. During the surgery, he cut my ear off from the back and squeezed out the pus and stiched my ear back. One week after the surgery i went to the Doctors clinic to remove the bandages covering whole of my ear. After removing the bandages, I saw there wasn't any change and my ear still the same as it was before the surgery. He said, i'm covering it again and visit my clinic again next week and i'm gonna charge you for it. Next week again when i removed the bandages, it was still the same.
Than I decided to not to visit him again and i went to another doctor and after seeing it he did not even consult me any medicine. He said it will go by itself. And after another week or so it was all gone.

I have seen you twice and have noted a full recovery of your ear condition on September 25th 2016. I do recall that you had removed the bandage on your own as you found it inconvenient. The advise to come for followup was not followed.
Please understand that no medical condition can be expected to have an instant resolution. A recovery time was explained to you and the correct treatment was given.
Since this feedback is after such a long time interval, I am to assume that you made a full and lasting recovery. A long worded negative feedback seems to be unfounded and maligning in nature.
You are welcome to come over to the clinic incase there is TRUELY an ear condition that is persisting. I would be happy to treat you for the same.
