He worked as neonatal specialist in aster medcity kochi, Kerala, following that he was instrumental in setting up the level IV NICU in Apollo Adlux hospital kochi and worked as the neonatal consultant in Apollo hospital kochi. He moved to UK for advance NICU fellowship and for further work experience. He worked in University hospital of Leicester and in great ormond street hospital of children in London.
