I have been visiting Serenity clinic in Vasant Kunj for 2 years now and till now I haven't had a bad experience with the clinic. I love going to ma'am's clinic every month and talking to her. I'm in college and I live in a hostel , for me going to ma'am's place is like going to a friend's place. The thing that I love most about ma'am's clinic is that it does not resemble any other psychiatric facilities I have been to, usually it is quite similar to a regular clinic with hospital like dull walls and basic furniture, which used to make me feel sick and dislike the routine of going to visit the doctor. But, ma'am's clinic gives me a good vibe, the clinic is located in a quite residential area surrounded by a lot of trees. I like to play with Marley (The clinic has a dog too, isn't that cool?) or look for new growth in the plants kept outside since my last visit while I wait for my turn. They have books and serve tea also.(If that is what you prefer!)

The staff always responds to all my queries with a smile; appointments are managed very professionally and I have not faced any issue with booking or cancelling appointments.

The other thing I like about ma'am is that everytime I visit her, I don't have to repeat my issues over and over again; she maintains a proper record of each and every patient, which ensures that she is on the same page as you are regarding your issues and that helps a ton! ( people visiting psychiatrists regularly can easily relate).

I am so glad that I have found this place, it always helps if you are around good people when you are going through a bad patch in your life :)

Initially, I visited Dr. Anjali Nagpal for my anxiety treatment. She on meeting further diagnosed an OCD problem too. She recommended going for an RTMS treatment. The doctor & the staff quite clearly explained the treatment & weren't pushy or incessantly persuasive about giving the treatment. They gave me time & space to make my decision. They gave a free session to show what the treatment was & the positive effect of it. Taking the whole RTMS treatment meant going for a 15-20 mins session everyday for 25 days in a row. Then going for monthly sessions. I chose to go for this treatment & I am still under the treatment but I have improved a lot & I feel a lot better. My anxiety attacks have subsided as I am also taking therapy with Dr. Tanya Jawa, whom Dr. Anjali recommended. Along the course, she always keeps track of my progress & talks about how I feel. My experience with Dr. Anajali Nagpal & Serenity Clinic has been a positive one.

It was an amazing experience at serenity clinic because hardly I had to wait around 15 min, Doctor gave me ample time to explain my issues , Doctor friendly behaviour made me comfortable during visit. I had been suffering from more than one issues for more than 2 years.The treatment at this clinic is helping me very much, so thanks Doctor and serenity clinic team. I like to suggest if anyone is looking for a doctor for depression, anxiety etc. he/she must visit this clinic. Thanks again Doctor and Serenity clinic.

1. I visited this clinic 4 times and was made to wait for over an hour each time. 3 of these visits were booked by them but still they made me wait for more than one hour each time. The reports and doctors should be ready for the patient at the time of appointment, not after.

2. After a superficial consultation, the doctor recommended a personality assessment worth Rs. 7,000. I agreed to it, filled all the questionnaires and was told that report will be ready in 10 days. 10 days later, no response!

3. After some more days I went to collect my report and sat for consultation. The doctor spent the ENTIRE session reading my report. Reading it, word to word! I had to pay for an entire session where they just read my report.

Right from the first session, Dr. Anjali Nagpal showed me a clear path towards recovery. She assured me that the mental health issues I faced could be easily tackled and conducted an extensive assessment, with Adhishri, to do a thorough understanding of my personality and related issues. Her prescribed medication has helped me transform my life. The clinic is now a haven for me, which has seen me through times of crisis and is still helping me work on bettering myself and the quality of my mental health greatly. Highly recommended for everyone.

Dr. Anjali is a very friendly, warm, and compassionate doctor.

Her face bears this understanding and concerned look plus a warm smile, that makes your nervousness go away and you're encouraged to open up and be totally yourself with her.

I've never felt as comfortable with any psychiatrist before. She really listened to my problems patiently, going down to the roots.

As a doctor, she is smart and knows what exactly to do. And as a person, she's undoubtedly compassionate and kind.

This is second time i booked appointment for Dr. Anjali Nagpal at Max Hospital . Both the time Dr. Anjali not visited the hospital , i am wondering does Dr. Anjali Nagpal ever visit Max hospital or not.

Max hospital do not inform Doctor's absence on time. On both instance i had call Max hospital to re-confirm the doctor's presence before leaving for hospital , both time they confirmed and then called me at the last moment to inform that Doctor wont be visiting.

My mother has to face lot of inconvenience due to cancelling of appointment at last moment.

There wasn't any empathy to be seen in the doctor, no insights, made very general remarks and gave no advice.

I was pressed to get a couple of tests outside from a specific doctor, the treatment was also to be done by someone else who was also referred, when asked about the kind of treatment they'll do the answer I got was she didn't have any idea and they have their own process.

The doctor seemed to be in a hurry as well to see the next patient.

I couldn't figure out why was I visiting their clinic if they didn't intend to do anything.

Excellent. The c!inic went above and beyond the call of duty to help me out, both in accommodating time and being understanding of my situation. They also have a holistic approach to mental health which is as rare as it is important - the doctors genuinely want to help improve your life by working hard with you - this is not an uncaring facility. They also have a dog which I feel every psychiatrist office ought to take inspiration from. They are kind, competent and fundamentally decent people who know what they are doing and are good at doing this and I would heartily recommend them to anyone.

First of all, they let the patient wait for 30-40 mins and then after that they bring up all the evaluation tests which further took 30-40 mins to complete and then after that again 10-20 mins wait before Meeting doctor. And doctor suggested brain mapping and more evaluation tests which cost 10-20k and didn’t suggest any medicine whereas depression is a clinical diagnosis. ******* ** *********** *** ******** * she suggested me to come for rTMS sessions Which cost 3k per session.

Totally wastage of time and money. I don’t recommend at all.
