My Mother was having severe pain in her both knees from last 10 years and now it was very difficult for her to take 2-3 steps. We visited Dr. Amite Pankaj Ji at Fortis on 12th December, 2023 and he explained the problem in detail and suggested for Total Knee Replacement . We were very tensed related to knee replacement but Dr Amite and his team explained in a very good manner that it will be a 2-3 hours process and patient will take start recovering within 2-3 days. She was hospitalized for 5 days and now I can see smile on face of my Mother on day of discharge.

Post Surgery also Dr. Amite meet on daily basis for 4 days to my Mother and assured her that she will get perfect soon.

Ms. Vandana , team member of Dr. Amite also helped us in various ways and she was available on one call.

Mr Akshay Singhal, Physiotherapist helped my mother a lot and also motivated her that she can take steps and walk. Physiotherapist team including all girls member was very cooperative.

She was made to stand within two hours of surgery and made to walk next day. Its five days hospitalisation. There were no external stitches and bandages were removed after two weeks. My wife was of her own after eight days of surgery. She left using walker/stick after four weeks and is recovering fast. It is painless surgery and also there is no pain afterwards if one follows doctor's instructions. Dr Amite has dedicated team of doctors, physiotherapists and coordinators. Dr Amite himself was only a call away during hospitalisation of my wife. I must add that Dr Amite follows strict timings, talks straight and leaves no room for confusion for patient or attendant. Pathetic experience. I travelled 2 hours one side and waited 30 minutes at the clinic for my appointment. The doctor did not even see the problem area, he just wrote me a prescription in 3 minutes without seeing the impact of my injury and suggested MRI straight without even asking me for any movement.

Will not go again my ever.

I consulted Dr. Amite for my mom corresponding to Knee Replacement way back last year in month of August. He asked us to get the TKR surgery done and result would be positive. And with God grace and Dr. Amite experience surgery got successful and now my mom is able to walk without any hiccup. People who think TKR surgery is painful and is not successful, would suggest please change your thoughts on the same and consult Dr. Amite. Was talking pain killer for last 3 years. After meeting Dr. Amite Pankaj Aggarwal, took decision, enough is enough, as advised, to go for Total Knee Replacement.

Operated on 2nd March, 2019 ( both knees), started moving with walker on 4th March and discharged on 7th March. Still surprised,how can such major operation so painless?
