My experience with Dr.Alok Agarwal went from pleasant and professional to horrible and unprofessional in a matter of 2 minutes. I'll give my account here in detail so that this is not accused of being a false review. I have had 3 appointments with Dr.Alok and at all these times he was extremely professional and I was extremely respectful of him and of how I asked my questions from him. In my last visit with him I was advised to schedule an appointment after a month to review how my situation was and during that meeting I had specifically asked him if I could reach out to him if I had any discomforts or if the ringing increased and he said yes. After 10 days my ringing had increased *** * **** ** *** ******** **** ********** ** *** *** ***** ******** **** ** ******** *** * **** ******* **** ** * ******** ** *** ** ******* *** ***** ** ** ******** *** *** ***** ** ** ******** ***** *******So I decided to fix an appointment with a dentist and also decided to inform Dr.Alok about it as I felt it was important to do so and also I had failed to previously mention that I was having discomfort in my jaw. So I reached out to his clinic on the afternoon of 22 Sept'20 in order to check if I could have a word with Dr.Alok about my situation.I was told the clinic will put me in touch with the doctor after 6, since I hadn't heard from the clinic by 7, I decided to call the clinic and Dr.Alok answered. I told him my name and reminded him of who I was and what was the issue I was facing.Then I apologised to him for not informing him about the discomfort in my jaw and that it was my mistake *** **** * **** *** * **** ** *** ******** **** *** ********** ** ** *** ***** ** ******* ** ******** *** **** I had fixed an appointment with a dentist for the same. He told me that I can go and see the dentist if I want but my jaw pain has no connection with my tinnitus and then when I was just about to ask him about the change in the pitch and the volume of my tinnitus due to movement of my jaw, he started speaking to me very rudely. I was trying to ask him about this issue and what does it mean or is it common but before I could, as soon I said 'BUT SIR SINCE I READ I REALISED', Dr.Alok started speaking very rudely and told me that he knows everything that I am going to say and that I should not try and 'educate' him with the non sense that I have been reading online. **** ** **** ** ** **** * ******** *** ** ** *** ** ********** ** ****** **** **** ****** ****** * ********** ** **** **** ********* ******** * ***** ******** **** ******* *** **** *** **** *** before I could ask him my question he decided to hang up the phone on my face. After Dr.Alok hung up the call I was feeling extremely humiliated and also distressed.As a musician I had placed a lot of faith in him because the problem I am facing causes a lot of concerns especially in my profession and his behaviour was just absolutely RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. As a patient who is distressed about the situation that I am facing I felt even worse because of the behaviour and the temperament of my doctor.
