His explanations about procedures, how is it and what is going to happen, are to the point. So, no scope of confusion in patients mind.
Dr. Aditya performed ACL reconstruction last year on my right knee. My knee is 95% healed now, back to its strength. There is little to no muscle weakness remaining, which i am sure will go away with time.

My patella had multiple fractures, and I was really worried whether I will ever get back to normal. But not only did Doctor handle my surgery well but also handled my pain and emotions. The best part is his positive attitude. The confidence he infuses in his patients.
Today, after nine months I am better and recovering every day under his guidance. I would say, just trust him and you will be fine.

From a logistical viewpoint, the lack of communication between the doctor and the physiotherapists was a big red flag. On one hand, the physiotherapists recommended certain exercises for consistent recovery, while the doctor urged me to take painkillers and perform rigorous exercise. Since I was working with a time crunch (I had to leave the country in a few weeks), I understood why the doctor recommended this. *** ******* ** ******* *** *** ******** ******** ****** ***** **** ****** ****** *** ***** **** ******* ** ******* *********** ****** **** **** ** *** ******* ******
My biggest issue was the doctor's disregard of the patient's mental well-being. I strongly believe that one cannot isolate the physical and mental process of recovery. Although Dr. Sharma is solely responsible for the physical aspect, he has a responsibility to treat the patient with respect and be encouraging. After all, I had just been through a traumatic experience and was in a vulnerable state. Of course, I'm open to the possibility that this was all a misunderstanding. But all I remember of this experience, even a year later, is how miserable every day felt. We all need a doctor we feel comfortable enough to communicate with, and I did not feel that way with Dr. Aditya Sharma. He may be talented, but we pay and wait for hours in the lobby for a good service. I hope that this review will make a difference and wish him all the best.
