Doctor is usually late for appointments. On weekdays, I would suggest you keep a 2 hour buffer. On weekends keep a 4 hour buffer and pack a solid meal cause doctor might not show up.
Doctor has a good sense of humour. He writes his prescriptions using a sketch pen so that it looks like a toddlers homework.
Overall, I would not recommend this doctor for anyone
