No issues with the Doctor. The receptionist was not aware of practo plus which costed me for a consultation that could be free. They did not even provide and invoice so that I could claim it from parcto. Practo customer care is as bad and slow as you can imagine. They could not help either. The person checking my vision could not even provide proper power for my vision. He was lethargic and unprofessional. The three srars are all for the Doctor who was very good and professional.

I recommend eye patients to visit dr abhiyan kumar patnaik as his eye institute gives excellent service. Makes patients comfortable as they treat you like family member. Their institute dies not have superficial opulence but quality of service is excellent.

I always visit Dr Pattnaik clinic in any problem related to eye in our family and find both the Doctors very polite and they always listen all problems after initial investigations and suggest **** treatments.

They don't insist unnecessary pathology test also .

Any one can visit them in case of any eye related problems.

I have known Dr. Pattinaik for over 4 years. He is a very experienced and humble doctor. It was a great experience getting my lasik eye surgery done through him. All the pre operation and post operation treatment were very carefully handled by him. I would strongly recommend Dr. Pattinaik to anyone planning a lasik eye.

Dr. Abhiyan was really efficient in dealing with me. He was extremely understanding about my panicking when my vision was blurry owing to the injury. He even took personal step in easing my parents' concerns who are not locals of Delhi. I was also extremely happy with the staff who were really prompt and carried out their responsibilities with a warm smile.

Doctor is nice. Explained me completely that why am facing this problem. Medicine was gud nothing like extra which nowadays generally doing by some of the doctors that they pile up the patient with extra medicine.

All was gud experience although fee a bit high, so would like to request doctor to pls consider on this once at least for those who can't afford such a nice doctor coz of high fees.

The doctor seems to be money minting from his patients, my mother had a cataract surgery last year from his clinic, this time it was a normal check up visit, he charged Rs 1000, for a 15 min normal check up, there was standard pricing for everone, they use to bargain with patients, it was horrible experience.

The doctor was very friendly and gave me the time to explain the issues. The appointment was on time; my time was not wasted (which is not the case with other doctors).

From Doctor's polite behaviour to explaining about the health issue to giving appropriate time to Every patient, it's all superb.overall very satisfying experience.
