No issues with the Doctor. The receptionist was not aware of practo plus which costed me for a consultation that could be free. They did not even provide and invoice so that I could claim it from parcto. Practo customer

They did not even provide and invoice so that I could claim it from parcto. Practo customer care is as bad and slow as you can imagine. They could not help either. The person checking my vision could not even provide proper power for my vision. He was lethargic and unprofessional. The three srars are all for the Doctor who was very good and professional.
