We have been seeking treatment from Dr. Deepak for one of my close uncle for schizophrenia disorder from past 5 years now and from the very first meeting he had been very genuine, humble, and psycho educated their whole family about the disorder very well prescribing *********** medications that have brought results in his well being. I didn't visit him in person since I was hesitant to discuss mental health related issues with anyone at once. I took a Practo chat with him. If I have to rate him on a scale of 10 I will give him 1 only for listening to me well. But that too after a point he interrupted me mid-way asked my location and said I need to see a doctor in person and that he can suggest. That was such a huge disappointment. I feel my money is completely wasted. Most of all he didn't even express any concern, any warmth. He didn't even give any basic suggestion. I felt so vulnerable expressing the deepest feelings to a complete stranger with faith of getting help and what I got is something I already knew. The experience only made me feel sadder.
