Dr. Ashok Sarin

In the month of August 2023, I got to know that my wife's both kidneys failed and creatinine is 7.1. Then I started to find the best doctor in India for the kidney and found Dr Ashok Sarin Sir. I connected with him and he started the treatment and maintained creatinine 7.1 throughout 4 months. One day a breathing problem happened. He suggested admitting in hospital then he tried to avoid the dialysis and transplantation. He managed 4 months. Then he suggested that for a normal healthy life, you have to do kidney transplantation. He explained all the processes of kidney transplantation. Initially my mother and father in law were donors but they were rejected during the donor test process. Then my brother in law is interested in kidney donors and passed all the tests during the kidney transplantation process. On 18th January, Kidney transplant happened successfully. Post kidney transplantation, creatinine was 1.1 and hemoglobin 7.8. Both patient and donor are healthy post kidney transplantation. After a week, hemoglobin is increased to 9.3. Before transplantation,he was motivated not to worry about transplantation. Also, his team is very cooperative and helps us whenever required at any point of time. At that time we were very tense about patient health.Finally, I can say that he is an awesome doctor. I had a wonderful experience with him. I paid his full fee i.e. Indian currency Rs. 2500 for not even a 15 minutes time of him. He was in so much of hurry as if he is talking to me for free and constantly tried to hang up the call telling me that he has other patients waiting when I had booked his appointment 3 days prior the video consultation. This started from the very beginning of the consultation, the first thing he said to me was, "Oh, I charge higher price for international patient." which I understand and maybe I would have paid him that extra money even though I paid his full amount which is definitely not low. (It is Rs. 2500 for like 5 minutes maybe) Since I was calling from Nepal, he constantly made me feel very bad about his fee through out the call.
