it is regretful that you are passing sweeping negative judgements in your emotional outburst. If we remember correctly, you wanted us to speak about a diagnosis that you wished you didn’t have. Unfortunately, we can’t change what disease you come to us with. We can only try to arrive to the best possible diagnosis and then help you further. As for investigations, we can only recommend. Whether to get it done or not and from which place to get it done, is entirely patient’s choice. If someone asks us for guidance on that issue, we are duty bound to tell them the place based on our satisfaction level with that place. And it seems your concern is the money that you have to pay to the hospital for a consultation. You have been provided a nearly ten line consultation note, that we believe is not possible in just a 2 minute hearing. No doctor can claim to be playing God and neither do we try to do so.
