My experience wasn't as great as I had expected it to be given the high recommendation on Practo. While the doctor is certainly supremely qualified and incredibly accomplished, I feel I was not made to understand the next steps being suggested by the doctor.

I was prescribed 8 different tests including an MRI, along with different types of medication which again, was not explained why it is being done so. The consultation did not last more than 3-4 minutes. I am not confident about how the course of action suggested would help me, would have appreciated if that happened. I am having to take a second opinion elsewhere because I do not see the point in spending Rs. 10,000 in getting so many tests and medication when I'm not aware what these are for.

One thing that I really liked though is how the staff is super efficient and makes use of tech (prescription scanned image + detailed transcripts being sent automatedly on WhatsApp). As a techie myself, was super impressed by the same.

My only suggestion to the doctor would be to comprehensively articulate the course of action being prescribed, even if it involved getting multiple diagnostic tests to eliminate various possibilities.
