My wife was diagnosed with pcod issues, high blood pressure, obesity leading to irregular periods and other consequences followed and our gynaecologist refferred to her. Dr. Anjana has been such a wonderful doctor who has guided us through thick and thin fr the past 8months. She used to make diet charts according to your lifestyle and food habits and the food she used to include in the diet were always convenient to make at regular households thats where she stamds out from others. She used to keep a close check evry weekend with the bp and weight so tht both goes hand in hand.She was not only recommending diets but on the other hand she used to chat a lot in tht brief meeting trying to understand the patients mood, lifestyle, mental health and recommend diet accordingly on a rotational basis.
