Dr. Sakshi is extremely professional and a great therapist. She posses lot of patience, and is very approachable. From the very first session, she helped me greatly. She made me question myself in a good way, and helped me understand quite a lot of things about myself on my own. She’s been very supportive to accommodate me and my comfort. Sessions with her have helped me gain confidence, a deeper understanding of myself and my inter-personal relationships, and make improving changes in myself.

I wish to continue seeing her for further improvement in me and my mental health.

P.S. She’s quite sweet and her sensitivity towards the ending of the session relating to the allotted time and the individual’s talking rhythm is highly respectable.

As I have been to many Psychologists before ,wasn't satisfied with the treatment. Then I found Dr Sakshi on practo n consult, her sessions both Hypnotherapy and talk therapy are profoundly insightful and calming. I could able to know the causes of my anxiety and depression which I was suffering quiet long. It's worth investing your hard earned money here as there are many who hardly listens and gouging people. I totally recommend her.

I went to Dr Sakshi with the issue of low self esteem and confidence. Although I did not complete my sessions with her but 1 thing is true that those 4-5 sessions started to help me. She is really friendly and provides a safe space for you to open up and tell all you issues to her. I would soon like to go back to Dr Sakshi and complete my sessions as I really need them.
