We had appointment for 11:30 a.m. reached at 11.25 a.m. The receptionist besides taking basic details, started taking details of ailment. Then at 11:45 she came to us and told that the doctor would be coming between 12:15 and 12:30 p.m.

We couldn't understand what's the point of taking appointment in advance if the doctor is not to be there. And if the doctor can't honour appointment, why she doesn't message in advance*** ****** *** ******* **** **** ***** ************ *********** can't be relied upon.

I went to the doctor because I saw good reviews but as soon as I reached, the doctor's assistant or someone just called me and started checking my vision without even asking me what is the problem. Then I told her that I need to get a few tests done and the doctor called me and said, I don't understand why and this is not even a test. And she was really rude. *** *** *** **** ******* **** * ****** *** she called me when there was already a patient inside. There were posters inside the clinic about maintaining social distancing but it was very congested and the patient inside was not even wearing a mask.She was behaving like I'm not a patient and I don't know anything. I do not recommend the doctor at all.

Good communication is very essential part of medical service which is lack in your clinic , first there staff said post op medications are include in our package but before one day of surgery they said i have to pay seperately for post op medications and this is very difficult for middle class family to arrange money at short time period because from the day when biometery had done there staff said post op medications will included in package. When i try to explain this to Dr. Priya she refused that I don’t know about this and her staff also refused which is major problem i faced there. And then she point out on my behaviour without knowing my problem and without listening my issue she just behave rudely. I didn’t force them for discount they give that because my brother was staff there if they don’t want to give discount then they can inform me before biometery then i will arrange my budget according to that amount.

This is the major issue i face there the poor communication because dr didn’t talk directly to patients on call if any patient have any enquiry then they have to talk with the receptionist she will coordinate with doctor

And in last they all refused on what they said to patient about amount and timing.

And one last thing that every patient and attendent have right to discribe about their problem they face and doctor have to listen it politely without judging them.

As all the positive reviews have already said about the doctor, she is very helpful, understands the problem, goes to the root cause. Gives ample time to the patient, and guide with the best possible way she can. The treatment is still in progress, still we are very satisfied till date. A big thumbs up for her 👍

M happy with dr. priya dua m feeling better than before but i ll do full course of 15 days and what the result of medicine of 15 days

Dr Priya is nice eye doctor. She explained the cause of my problem with 100 percentage precision and treated it efficiently. I would strongly recommend her for any eyes related issues.

Doctor is too good but waiting time is high although we took appointment before going. Twicely we go but both days same high waiting time is there.

Dr. Priya Dua is a very smart, experienced and nice lady.. She examines very patiently... I recommend Dr. Priya Dua in case of any eye related problems.

I visited the doctor for dry eye and reduced vision. Doctor listened my all problems carefully. She gave me a ****** treatment after checking my eyes very prudently.

I am having good experience with Dr Priya. She prescribed such a medicine, my 2 years old daughter feeling better since 1st dose of medicine. Even Dr given me medicine support also, Which was not available in the market easily. Thanks Doctor
