Dr. Diya has helped me a lot in several ways. Helped me to sharp my personality, including my strengths and weaknesses, thoughts and beliefs, my emotions, and motivations. Some of the things which I have learned especially through the process was to be self-directed and self-reliable and it has helped me in many ways. I have been totally transformed and it is evident. The more I am aware of my thoughts the more I can balance my emotions now. The most beautiful thing about the therapies was that I could connect well to Dr. Diya, the communication was clear and I’m thankful to her in many ways. Every bit of my sessions has helped and is still helping me because I have learned so much. My experience was wholesome.

The doctor was really patient with my problem. She heard me straight for around half an hour and then suggested possible solutions to my problem. Seeing that I mainly needed reassurance on my decision, she told me to be consistent with my decision.

My visit was very brief. After getting to know that I am 62 and on a very nominal doze of Paxidep CR 6.25 and Lonazep 0.25 she referred to full fledged psychiatrist associate. In her opinion there is no harm to remain solely on psychiatric medication for rest of your life if you have attained a particular age (say 58-60 yrs if I read her correctly) even if the patient is willing to live without the medicines. Atleast a psychologist should be motivated to treat the subject irrespective of the considerations other than non-cooperation on part of the subject.

It was great. The doctor was very friendly and considerate. She is very calm, patient and understanding.

Dr. Diya has really helped me a lot in improving my confidence. I have been seeing her for a month now and not only me, but my friends and family also feel the same.I was too hesitant to visit any psychologist but I'm happy I did. I would suggest anyone going through stress or crisis to visit her.

It was easy for me to speak to Ms. Diya and discuss my problems with her without any hesitation. I feel improvement in my self control, and in my moods. I have gained better understanding and that has improved my relationships. Now I can see the reasons behind a lot of things that were happening my life.

My experience was excellent. Dr. Diya has great insight into anxiety and stress issues and helped me a lot to manage these. Understanding about what my issues are and how I need to manage them made all the difference. Having faith in counselling and continuing treatment worked most.
