Lifeline laboratory was started in 1991 in a small area of 600 sq. feet. The laboratory ever since has grown and is now known as one of the most progressive and scientific laboratories in Delhi. Established by two women Dr. Angeli Misra and Dr. Asha Bhatnagar with the vision of achieving international standards, the laboratory is continuously upgrading itself in technology, quality and patient management. Shifted to an area of over 3000 sq. feet, we can now boast of having state of art equipment and quality management systems.Our team which includes phlebotomists, technicians, quality supervisors, administrative supervisors and couriers who are highly motivated and dedicated. To keep up their level of motivation, the laboratory is very involved with their welfare, and many welfare programs are inducted which include PF, ESI, Insurance Etc.The laboratory is backed by a workforce of over fifty five employees who are motivated to do their job well along with a human touch. It is emphasized that behind every sample and report there is a person who has reposed their trust in us for their diagnosis and treatment. Each and every patient is given personalized care by our team of doctors and all records along with the trends are maintained with us. The doctors & patients are informed immediately in case of alert reports or an abnormal change in the trends.Training is very rigorous and the workforce is repeatedly trained for maximum efficiency. Training programs are scheduled for the whole year. The Internal Audits are conducted on a regular basis to supervise the work. During the regular internal audits any requirement for further training is assessed and the staff is given additional training in house or in some situations experts from various fields are invited to impart training.There is excellent communication among the staff, patients, doctors & the medical centers we serve. Regular feedback is taken from patients, doctors & medical centers and active remedial measures are taken.Great emphasis is laid on Quality & Accuracy of Testing. The laboratory also uses the latest technology with state of the art equipment.Our laboratory is associated with a large number of clinical trials along with reputed institutions. We have well trained and dedicated staff who can handle high volume workload, and are meticulous in executing their work. Our lab has facilities for safe sample storage and testing. We also have trained personal for data management and retrieval.We are part of numerous multicentric clinical trials with institutions & pharma companies. The laboratory maintains a database of over ten year and periodically we analyze the trends in various disease patterns based on our data.MISSION & VISION:Our vision is to provide the highest and the most sophisticated level of care to patients virtuality at their door steps. Therefore we are steadily upgrading the technology, the quality systems and the communication system. We will soon be starting a highly specialized molecular diagnostic laboratory and our website will enable easy accessibility of the information. Since the management also believes that training and education is an integral part of medical care, we also visualizes, setting up a training center for technicians & doctors where training will not be given only in technical skills, but also in soft skills. Our “PATIENT FIRST” philosophy makes our mission clear.We continuously strive to provide the “MOST ADVANCED CARE” to the patients, physicians and the multiple medical centers we serve, by employing the latest technology, equipment, quality control and continuous training programs.SALIENT FEATURES:- Our Laboratory is barcoded, networked.- We are also ISO 9001:2008 accreditated.- Incorporating the latest International standard technology & equipments- Personlized care of each and every patient by a team of Doctors.- International Standard Quality Control (External & Internal)- Home Collection facilities are available and Reports are delivered after 7:00 pm.- Extended sample collection time between 8 am to 8 pm on Weekdays and 9 am to 1 pm on Sundays.- Urgent reporting within 2 to 3 hours.- All urgent and alert values informed to the patient and doctor by Fax, Email or telephonically.- If required, facilities available to deliver the reports to the patient’s doctor.- Hospital collection and delivery of reports are not chargeable.
