I’m writing this after having my treatment done from other clinics as well as from here. I decided to visit here bcs of the Instagram ad and I wish I was not blinded by that misleading advertising. Coming to the initial experience with the doctor later, couple days ago I went with the first session of my “carbon facial” with such average if not poor service. The AC was on and it was chilly as it was on top of that they provided me wet not even damp robe to change into. The person who did my facial was not a professional I’d say to be the least who wasn’t even aware of how to provide the service. The laser in my treatment include sounds that are loud and I wasn’t aware of it which the so-called doctor should’ve elaborated but didn’t. They suggested me three different facials and they’ve categorised such facials for each step and charge for the additional steps where it should’ve been included in the first place, at least that’s what other leading clinics do. After my service I received false receipt on my Practo account mentioning I took two different facials when I only did one and they divided the total money that I paid for one facial into two which is confusing. I’d just advise to look up other clinics as well as their services they provide instead of trusting such ones.

It's always a pleasure to get my face treatment from Dr. Geetika Mittal Gupta Dermatologist in Delhi. I was here for my laser treatment during co-vid and the measures they have taken are tremedous and absolutely immaculate. I don't think anyone has been following the same. Full social distancing with PPE kit and waiting area stretched outside to maintain the same. Very happy that they are giving everyone's safety a priority and providing best services. Suggest everyone to come here and continue their services if they have any doubts.

I have had melasma for 6 years for which I took treatment with many doctors. They always gave me steroid creams which made my skin thin and sensitive. And the patches always came back if I stopped using them. Dr Geetika explained in the beginning only that she will do mesotherapy and peels. She also told me it may not go completely but she will try her best. I have almost completed my sessions. My pigmentation is not gone, but it is very light now. My skin also feels healthy and glowing. I use a tinted sunscreen that she gave me and nobody can make out that I have any pigmentation problem.
