I visited Dr. Monica to manage my weight and to follow a nutritional diet. My weight was stuck since a year. And once I started consulting her, I can see visible changes. She is excellent in communicating the kind of diet and nutrition one needs. Also takes care of the taste and how to make your meals healthy as well as delicious all together.
