I consulted doctor Balveer ji at his cleanic in February 2019 . I came to know about him was through a poster add on kashmeeri gate about an year back. Here I am sharing the practical experience I faced in those years and till june 2022. I used to masturbate so much since adolescent age and was exposed to porn severely. I tried to quit the both but couldn't. The internet pathetic knowledge made up my mind felt like I am suffering from premature ejaculation and small size of penis. My belief became storng because when I used to masturbate by hand, I used to ejaculate very early. Now the second part comes, My marriage was fixed and arranged by parents in last month of 2018. I never shared what I feel about this illness I made in my mind. I visited before 15 days of my marriage (19feb2019) and was severely depressed and a low esteem. When I visted sir, he gently listened all of my problems and ask to take session of 5-6 hour approximately . Initially I thought that how he can cure me in these hours and without any medicine. But he thouroghly clear all my doubts and gave all the scientific knowledge regarding the sexual knowledge. He moulded the mind to a certain extent that size doesn't matter and there is no adverse effect of masturbation on body, it is as simple an exercise. After takaing session he advised me an exercise to overcome premature ejaculation. I was married and gradually I overcame the situation. But for some other reasons our compatibility issues made a mess and sexual activity went a bit tough, the issue of ejaculation and erection arised again. Here wrongly what I did, I took an online consultation from an app , he suggested me medicine initially sidenafil, for few months I was taking the medicines. When medicine didn't work , i took another consultation from other doctor and so on I was on medicines. Later The side effet I felt were severe headache fast heartbeat and indigestion . We were in separation for an year and half because of our non compatibility.Now few month back we cordinated again and started to live together. The issue was same that medicines I used and intercourse timings were weired. Some time erection came and some time not. Now again I consulted Dr balveer ji clinic after a phone call. He gently again told that you are not suffering with any disease and reiterated to come along my wife and to share everything, for which I resisted. Issues remain persistent and I again called sir, he advised to take online consultation along with wife. Now I shared with wife and told her that i have searched on internet and we both should take an online consultation. Dr. Sir gave 4-5 hour consultation on call and one hour each approximately and gave 15 days therapy sessions. We followed his advise and overcome the two measure issues of ejaculation and weak erections(even no erection and anxiety)

All i can summarize is, I was suffering from performance anxiety , low self esteem , lack of scientific knowledge and less coordination with my partner. I overcame my fear of having sex and compatibility issue. Dr. Sir always motivated me and still motivate that if any problem is there just give me a call. The fees of sessions I have paid him is worth according to time he gave to us and saved our relationship and sexual wellness.

Through out our life we meet many people but some of them remain constant to us in an unseen way for whole life. Dr Balbir Singh is one of them. My life was in a mess when I decided to contact Dr. Balbir Singh for counseling. The phase I was stuck in was a really dark one. I was having all negative thoughts about my health, as I was on the addiction of some medicines when I met him and have lost the hope to survive without those medicines . I’d always been a hopeful person and someone who was full of life, but then things happened, I was left as a person with no hope who just thought to end the life. He was not only extremely patient while listening to me but also at the time when I called him even in odd hours as well as when he was busy in some of his family functions. He always gave me time wherever he was and listened all my impatience very patiently.

Through simple and very thoughtful tasks he helped me to cope up with all the unresolved issues I had kept me. Dr. Singh didn’t treat me as someone who just came for treatment but his behavior was that of a guardian, which made me feel free to share all my personal problems with him. He not only trained me to overcome from long depression and anxiety but also gave me tips to deal with day to day life struggle. He not only helped my mental health but also cured all my physical problems which were the result of long lasting psychological problems.

Today I am again that self confident girl who is full of energy and life. I had thought I lost myself but Dr. Singh's therapy and counseling have transformed me into an individual who is not only mentally and physically fit but emotionally strong as well. This transformation of mine, I really owe it to Dr. Singh.

I visited Dr. Balbir Singh sir for my sexual anxiety issues followed by my family issues ( with my parents to be specific ), general stress and feeling of low confidence and early onset of body appearance issues coz of all these issues mentioned above. I have been facing these issues for more than 5 yrs. I have consulted various doctors including urologists physicians and other specialists. in a ll these interactions with the specialist I was told that you r absolutely normal and they prescribed me couple of medicines for managing stress and pain and other issues but nobody explained me the cause for my stress pain etc. to be more precise none of the specialists gave me their valuable time to make me understand the process behind those problems . I even visited a psychiatrist for the same issue but then even the psychiatrist prescribed me with the medicines for anxiety and depression. and to be honest I believed that my issue could have been resolved by counselling and therapies and not through medicines. therefore I searched out a couple of doctors for the same issue on the net and I finally reached out to balbeer singh. in the first consultation itself sir told me that I can come out all these issues without any medications and asked me to take 6-7 sessions based on my problems and seeing the intensity of my issues. it's been just a month now and I must say that more than 90% of my issues have been addressed by the doctor, have been explained well and yes they have been resolved as well to a great extent.here are a few things that the doc taught me which I would like to mention in a glance.1) whatever might be your issue you must have a positive belief system. you should have a right attitude and perception towards things no matter whatever might be your condition.2) he taught me a couple of exercises and suggested that I must do yogic exercises followed by some other exercises and meditation along with the therapy.3) nature has a great plan for you and I truly believe in that.the way the doc taught me the concepts I became more confident about my idea of not getting into the antidepressant medications etc. so far my major issues have been resolved. just one or two issues are left out which I believe will be completely resolved by the end of the upcoming sessions. I am also an upsc aspirant (an engineer/MBA graduate). all I would like to say is that my decission to reach out to balbir sir was a great step towards my healing; and I strongly suggest all those who are facing family/marital issues,sexually anxiety or low confidence issues etc to visit him.Our issues might be enormous, might have consumed lot of our time , must have changed our own personality, must have made us negative but if we allow our mind to be patient ,stable, and if we have decided to anyhow come out of the situation then for sure we can come out of it without being under antidepressants, anxiety medications etc. where there is a will there is always a way.biggest lesson taught by him. just don't lose yourself in front of your problems and anxieties.today I am in a situation wherein I m a person who is handling my parents problems and their issues like a small psychologist in my family 😅. all thanks to sir who moulded me in a way to become a more wonderful person. and all changes happened in me within a span of 1 month ( 6 sessions ). with positive mindset and right perception one can overcome his/ her problems. just be patient, and don't give up. more than my body my mind was affected because of the pain anxiety and other issues. now I am in a path of controlling my mind instead of insecurities and negativities controlling me.sir will show you the path rest is our job.
