I have been going to Avni for post pregnancy weight loss along with my father, a heart patient, who was obese and needed to lose quite a bit of weight.
We have seen exceptional results with her! My father who had tried everything from keto to different work outs over the last 5 years to no avail, lost 10 kgs in just 3 months. I lost some 7kgs and came back to my pre pregnancy weight in 2 months.
What we love about Avni is that she takes great care of the nutrition - she prescribes a very balanced diet with the right portions which kept us healthy and active throughout. For my father she took into account his special needs as heart patient and for me, as a new mother.
She is also very considerate of your food preferences and gives diet plans that you can actually follow.
The fantastic results aside, we love our visits to her clinic given her wonderful nature.
Strongly recommend her for nutritional advice and weight loss.
