I've been following her diet plan for almost 2 months. Most satisfied with it. Have lost weight that I wanted to so the result of the right diet and exercise was amazing. She looked after my cravings and I didn't really starve following this plan. Any query is also immediately resolved. Highly recommend her.

The consultation started on time. It was very detailed and well-planned with the doctor having complete pre-knowledge about the issue being faced based on prior detail collection. The session encompassed the doctor covering important points related to healthy eating with things that were being done wrong and could be corrected along with a recommendation of the course of treatment.

Dt. Vidhi Chawla is a friendly person to talk with. She has listened to my issue patiently and made the diet accordingly. She didn't put me on fancy diet. So I can say it is comfortable to follow her diet plan. I will definitely recommend her for your weight loss journey.

Dietician Vidhi gives diet plans, which are feasible and very easy to follow. She keeps in mind your preferences, outings, and cravings while planning diet. You can get constant support whenever required and also the recipes. I had PCOD last year, but after following her diet the symptoms reversed.
