I say it most honesty, this therapy has been the greatest blessing in my life. I have turned my whole life around and every aspect of life has improved thanks to Doctor Khanna's extraordinary counselling sessions. I have always recommended him to anyone in need and they all also absolutely loved his sessions. My OC, anxiety, depressive phases, family and other relationship issues.. everything has been profoundly impacted thanks to him. I often guide others using his advice and everyone is so happy. I was able to share my problems with Dr. Meenakshi without any hesitation because of her nature and comfort zone that she provides to let out things freely. Also, she had listened to me throughout the session and rephrased the issues for better understanding. She suggested me to address the issues which are creating stress and anxiety by reappearing. She had advised me some activities to do on daily basis and suggested some good reads as well. Overall it was a good experience and I am looking forward to take more sessions.

If this review gets public, I would like to tell you that just like a chronic fever is dangerous, in a similar way every kind of emotional pain, if lasts for prolonged period, can be dangerous. I was having fear of a particular subject, not because it is difficult, but because I attached different meanings to it. I suffered for 10 years due to this problem.

Tried many psychiatrists, but didn't get the solutions. Therefore I had given up my hope and thought that maybe my brain wirings are not suited for that study. But still for no reason, I took a leap of faith and visited Vikas sir. Although I couldn't understand much in the first two meetings, but after a while, I started experiencing exactly what he told. Sooner I realized that the problem that I was experiencing was just the tip of the iceberg. Truth is, my complete self image was distorted, and fear of studying was just one of many symptoms. In this whole journey, Vikas sir showed me direction and I sincerely followed the way, therefore reached closer to my destination.

At last I want to say to those who have read it till here that, if you feel something is not going right, then ignoring won't work in the long run. And if you ever visit Vikas sir, come with open mind and faith. You will definitely find your way, and keep believing that eventually you will find peace.

It has been almost 1.5 months that i am seeing the doctor. The treatment is really going great for me. I see my mental health improving by the techniques suggested by Dr. Meenakshi. She has pulled me out from misery. Motivated me and changed the outlook of how you perceive things and situation.

It has been a great experience with Dr. Meenakshi, I had approached her at the time when I was really down and in just a couple of sessions she helped me see the positive in my situation with her extremely helpful tips/recommendations to cope up with different negative situations.

I would definitely recommend her if you are going through a tough time as she is extremely attentive to your problems and gives solutions based on assessing your personality.

I never thought that some answers are going to be that easy. Before visiting him I had this thing in my mind that nobody can understand my problem, but he surely did. He made me comfortable and moreover gave a beautiful solution to most of my problems. I would like to tell everyone who's going to read this review that this might actually..Thanks doc! Ms Meenakshi Goel is very empathetic and listens to the problem very carefully, she knows how to handle a situation. She's an excellent counceller and makes the other person with her really comfortable.

Would recommend her for sure to anyone dealing any problem in their life.

I contacted the doctor through practo after checking the reviews. I was going through a lot of psychological issues. Due to this, my health and marital relationship were in trouble.
