Dr Shilpa Dhameja's Clinic

I took online video consultation appointment with Dr Shilpa on practo last sunday reading all the positive reviews but now I am regretting my decision to consult with her. I don't know how she got positive reviews* ****** *** **** ******* ** may be she is polite only with patients visiting her personally in the clinic and are her permanent patients paying her regularly.

She was in a hurry while talking on the video call and didn't listen our concerns properly. At exact 15th minute she dropped the call saying need to attend other patients without listening to us. I have taken appointments with other doctors also on practo but haven't seen such a behaviour. In-fact, I have been asked by doctors to wait 5-10 minutes if they are with other patients which I have waited patiently but never seen doctor who is rude and avoid answering your questions. Later I pinged her my concerns on whatsapp as she dropped practo call but she didn't answer and asked to visit clinic. I was sure after her response *** ** *** * **** ****** and should not wast e my time.

However, Later I tried downloading the prescription she shared on practo chat as I needed that to be submitted in my office, but was not able to download the file from chat. Therefore, I had to drop her note and request to upload my prescription under practo medical records, but she responded that she don't know how to upload it under medical records. Then I requested her to send it on email which she responded that she don't know how to send email. Last I requested her to send on whatsapp which she didn't respond. After waiting for 2 days for prescription, I called her directly on her phone and asked for prescription which she responded very rudely to me and told she lost the prescription and can't share and dropped the call. *** ** **** ** ******* * ****** *** ***** **** *** ** ****** **** *** ********* And Mam, its our wish we want to take second opinion of doctor or 3rd, we don't need your advice. We paid for the consultation and you were not giving any free consultation **** ** **** *** **** *** * **** *****I understood completely why you were not interested to answer our questions, you thought we are just taking second opinion and might not reach out to you again for consultation so why to wast e time on one time patients. Guys, whoever reading this review, don't go for practo online consultation with her as she prefer only talking with her regular or in clinic patients who can pay her regularly.

Dr. Shilpa is the most friendly doctor I have ever seen. We came to see my wife when she was 7 months pregnant with lots of complications and having breach baby. This was our first baby so we were not having any idea about pregnancy issues and problems and how to handle everything. Our earlier doctor already stated during 7 month usg checkup that the baby is breach. There is less water near baby and less hameoglobin in the mother. There is no chance of normal baby and she gave 7th march date for the operation. That we decided to consult other doctor and came to Dr. Shilpa. The way she comfortable us and made my wife understand about the complications and the way we can overcome it. We followed the same steps that she advised and by god’s grace all the complications were gone and we became parent of healthy baby boy and the delivery was normal. Even during the delivery she waited for more than 12 hours for having the delivery. She not even once said we will do scissorian. Thank you so very much Dr. Shilpa ma’am. We all are very grateful and thankful to you. Will always recommend you to everyone.

We were trying for baby.. For long time.. Apart from not concieving, our problem was that we were not having gynee who can understand our issues and response on time... After switching half dozen of doctors we got online suggestion of Doctor ShilpaVery First day when we visited her, she listened us and explained whole process of concevingI was suffering with pcos and hormonal imbalances. We were so hope less that time.Doc Shilpa guided us very well from the very first dayBest part was that she is always available for help (24x7- online or visit). This gave us so much support and feeling that she is holding our hand in the journey She suggested Laproscopy surgegy and performed it, which helped me in getting rid of cysts and partially blocked fallopian tubeAfter some time of surgery, We successfully conceived.. During Pregancy she has been a major support to us, I had cholestasis, Covid, cord around baby neck, itching problems and what not it was a high risk Pregnancy. Hardly any Doctor think of going or trying for normal delivery, but Doc Shilpa showed her experties and help me in normal vaginal deliveryI will always recoment Doc Shilpa for- PCOD patients- Difficulty in concieving -Laproscopy- Family member like support before or during Pregnancy- or any one who is trying, planning or even thinking for family planning

First of all, I'd like to thank Dr. Shilpa for being such a great support throughout this journey of trying to conceive, getting pregnant and delivery. I visited her for getting pregnant with pcod. We, as patients, think that pcod is just a period problem but there is a lot going on inside our bodies which is why a thorough diagnosis is required. Dr. Shilpa helped me understand all this in detail, advised the right diagnosis, medication, diet, etc. Soon I was able to conceive. There were certain issues in my early pregnancy phase and then I developed several other complications later including cholastasis and high BP making it a high risk pregnancy. However, with Dr. Shilpa's medical expertise, I was able to deliver a healthy baby boy via c section.Dr. Shilpa has been a wonderful support throughout. The best part is that she is always available and answers all your doubts/queries in detail. Pregnancy is a phase full of thousand of questions but with her, you will feel like you always have a friend by your side.I would definitely recommend her to expecting parents or those who are trying to have a baby.Again, I'd like to thank Dr. Shilpa for being so affectionate and understanding. I have never met a doctor with a positive and approachable personality like hers.
