just nowNEW
Dr B B Chanana, I would like to say thanks for your efforts in treating my dad. But, I would like to express my heart. I am really offended by the act of inhumanity you and your team carries.
Firstly, when he was admitted, you were forcing to get this heart surgery to be done immediately to implement AICD (which we denied) after seeing the condition of patient. * ***** **** *** *** ******** ** **** ***** *** *** **** ****** ** *** ******* **** **** **** ***** ******* ** *** ****** ****** ********** *** ** *** **************** ****** ** ** ******** *** **** *** ** *** *** **** *** ****** ********* **** ** ****** ********* ******* When we asked for discharge, your team even didnt even guided properly to take which medicines to be taken. Happy with:Â Wait time
To be very honest, I am totally not impressed by the doctor.
The system is not properly organised, no appointment on phone even with advance payment. Hence waiting time is too long.
Doctor gave very little time to listen to patient.
He just prescribed the medicine. He didn't try to say a few words to the old age patient though I specifically made a request.
After meeting a Doctor, the first thing which develop in the minds of patient should be that he is in safe hands. This feeling couldn't be developed by Dr.Chanana.
Ofcourse, doctor has placed lots of shields, awards in his clinic, I congratulate him for that.

I am extremely disappointed with the doctor and experience.
I waited for around 1.5 hours standing on the footpath of a busy road in very unhygenic conditions in a gathering of more than 70 people in the Covid time. I then got to meet the doctor after a lot of persuassion with the door staff.
The doctor hardly spent 2 mins with me. He didnt even listen to my problem and just mentioned 3 medicines of blood pressure. He didnt even bother to listen to my complaint or any other enquiry. Further, he didnt even tell me what I was suffering from. His behavior was totally rude. I tried to ask what my problem was but he simply left to see the other patient.
It is totally unworth the money( rs.800) and time spent.
I never expected this type of behaviour and treatment **** **** * ****** **************
