I met Dr Meenakshi for a complete psychiatric evaluation.

She gave me an assessment test and I was diagnosed with severe anxiety and separate depression.

After this, I started my therapy sessions with Dr Meenakshi, depression, and anxiety caused, various other issues for me such as self doubt, lower self-esteem, social anxiety. Performing day to day tasks were also challenging for me.

Dr Meenakshi started addressing my issues slowly and patiently she advised me to follow some exercises and give me some tasks to do which were very small but gradually it made a huge impact in my overall condition as well as my day to day life.

She asserted positive thoughts and instilled self-confidence in me again, which was completely lost. She encouraged me to put effort where my fears were.

I could see visible changes in myself as well as my life, for a person who was struggling with every day life. I am now thinking of rebuilding my career and to start a work of my own.

Dr Meenakshi is a thorough professional, Kind, and empathetic.

I have OCD for almost 3 years which started with panic attacks and rumination during Covid. Finally, read about Doctor Rajput on Practo and reading the reviews gave me hope that what's left of my problem will also be cured. I consulted him physically the first time and he seemed to be in a hurry. I did not think of it much at that time. Initially, he suggested having a psychiatric assessment done which I did and was diagnosed with dysthymia and mild OCD. ********* **** ** * ***** ******* * *** *** **** ********* ** *** *** ********** ********. The doctor then prescribed medicines after looking at the report and I took them for only 3-4 days. I cannot believe it to this day *** ** *** *** ********** ******** ******* ** ******* *** ********** **** **** ***** **** **** **** *** **** ***** * *** ***** *********** ****** *** ***** *** ***** ***** ***** **** ** ****** ******. The quality of my sleep was good despite my mental condition. I consulted him again. He lowered the dose and stopped one medicine. I told them my condition *** ***** ***** ****** *** ******** *** they just told me the doctor is not available that day and an appointment only the next day is possible. Having lost both my parents by the age of 24 , there was lot of remorse and loss to be dealt with , feeling incapacitated by the loss , yet wanting to deal with it this time around post my father's death , I chose to seek help, dr. Meenakshi was recommended by my friend , and since our first session , she has been a constant companion through this journey of me dealing with my grief. So much so that , after our sessions I realised the importance of therapy , now both my brother as well as my aunt seek regular sessions

She has been a very important part of our healing process , has listened to me very patiently , has helped me make sense of my thoughts , and is still guiding me through a very difficult time in my life .
