Dr Shivani is an understanding, patient, and very intelligent individual. She helped me identify the issues I was struggling with and always supported me in coming to realizations myself.

I found the entire experience very beneficial. The counselling resulted in noticeable changes in my attitude and behaviour, so in this light I found the service highly effective. I was happy with the speed at which sessions progressed, not too fast yet not too laborious either.

The best thing about her is that she is never in a hurry, she listens to the problem very patiently and asks you first "what will be the solution to that problem according to you" and later she give her points where you are lacking in understanding it and also tell you where you are getting it wrong (so humbly )that you realise you are going in wrong direction , and then she guides you how you can overcome your problem. She always acts so friendly that those just an hour session always had so much impact on you for a very longer period.

I just wanted to thank you for the sessions we had together. You really helped me get some simple yet immensely important insights about myself and what I should work on in the future. Though a simple thanks isn't enough to express my gratitude towards you Mam.

I genuinely recommend Dr. Kamna Yadav I Met Dr. Kamna Yadav in december 2022 That Time I Was suffering from GAD (generalized anxiety disorder) or Depression or OCD She helped me a Lot till day I Remember that one day i was reached to his clinic without appointment and she were very busy that day she manage to take a time for me from her busy schedule and she don't say NO make an appointment first then consult and one thing more usually session are about to 1 hour but my first session was 2hour 20min and she never say the session time is over she listen my problem very carefully she understand my problem how kind she is. Dr Kamna Yadav is a great doctor great listener great human and do her job very professionally many time she understand my problem even if i was not able to tell her NOW i am better from that day when i consult her first time NOW i have good control on my anxiety and depression or ocd I genuinely recommend Dr. Kamna Yadav if any one facing problem like anxiety or depression or other issues

I have had a gut issue all through my pre-teen and adolescent phases. On more occasions than one, lunches and dinners at restaurants would be a bummer because my stomach would send me running to the washroom. I never understood what the reason was except for the usual speculation around the quality of food. When a friend recommended going to Dr. Grover for a food allergy test and consultation, I was initially a bit apprehensive because the concept itself was new. Nonetheless, I took that leap of faith and went ahead with the test. Three major (gluten, dairy, and eggs) and two minor (garlic and vanilla) allergies were detected. Dr. Grover was incredibly supportive throughout. He even made a whataspp group with the nutrionist and me to help me become familiar with the new diet plan, substitute food options etc. I am genuinely very grateful to Dr. Grover and his team for guiding me and helping me acclimate to the new plan and way of eating and living. I have been on a non-gluten and non-dairy diet for almost a year now. My gut health has drastically improved and so has my overall health and mood. I have lost 5 kilos thanks to this diet (without exercise). I would highly recommend Dr. grover for diet and nutrition related concerns and ailments. He is absolutely brilliant.

I'm Bharat from Odisha I have been suffering from Rheumatoid Arthritis since last 3 years. Initially I had lost faith that I would ever recover from this illness I started with Allopathy medicine and painkillers it only gave me temporary relief and my condition was getting worse day by day.
