Dietitian Sai Mahima's Diet Clinic

I thought weight loss is a myth, till I met Dietitian sai mahima. I had tried many diet plans and many suggestions for almost 4 years but none of them worked. Then i thought of giving a try with professional Dietitian.i met one stranger while traveling and she referred Sai mahima for consulting.So,opted for 3 month support. I started the diet and results were unbelievable. First 2 weeks I lost 3 kg and subsequently 1 KG every two weeks consistently. I did have few non-diet weeks due to travel and gained weight in those weeks and compensated in the following weeks. I lost total 7 KGs in 75 days and I hardly felt that I was on a diet. She gives the food chart according to our food culture, so almost everything you love is included in the diet plan, which makes it easier to follow except when we are in front of some extremely tempting food items. 😂 During this whole program, I not only lost weight but also gained back my charm and confidence. I started following Sai Mahima's online program on the 22nd of June and till date I have lost 14 kgs. I have thyroid so couldn't believe when I started loosing weight within the initial 3 days of starting Sai Mahima' diet plan. Looking at the before and after photos of clients on her page really motivates me to keep going. I took a 1 month break from the diet in September which I now regret but rejoined in October to continue my weight loss journey. I am very happy with the diet plan. My endocrinologist has also reduced the dosage of my thyroid medication because of the weight loss. I also workout 5 to 6 days a week for 30 mins. Many thanks Sai Mahima.

Very happy to say that l lost 19kgs in 5months without feeling hungry and never felt that l am on diet .my schedule is also hectic and having many health problems then also without any exercise or walk l lost such wt. I am 49yrs now l feel my self light as feather to walk knees pain disappeared. Hi Saimahima its been around 3.5 months since i m following your diet plan and my weight that I checked today is 75.7. Overall drop is 5.3 kgs. However this was quite a mamoth task and its been quite challenging given that my menopause phase has kicked in. I must however mention that your plan, the tips that you've shared have been extremely helpful.
