It’s been almost 2 months and I have lost almost 6 kgs weight. The diet plan which she suggested to follow was healthy and simple. Towards the beginning it was a bit difficult for me to follow the diet, as I love eating, but I managed well with time. The doctor mails you weekly the diet plan which becomes easy since it will be very difficult to visit her every week. You can ask her to manage your diet plan as per your day out, which is a perk I like. I am really happy with the weight loss. And also a healthy diet which I am following now.
