This is my feedback and assessment of my treatment at Activ Health

When I walked into Activ Health in September 2021, I was unable to walk propoerly; I had weakness of muscles ; there was shooting pain in my diabetic feet ; I was also recovering from my frozen shoulder. i had severe cramps in different parts of my body. Mr Ravees was appointed as my physiotherapist.

Initially he introduced me to lighter exercises and then gradually assessing my muscle and bone strength, slightly tougher exercises were given to me.

He made me side walk with help and then has kept very good watch on my improvement levels. At present in June 2023, I am able to walk more and am able to do more housework than I used to. I wish to extend my heartfelt thanks to Mr Ravees for his skillful plan to deal with my fragile health condition (brittle bones and very weak muscles).

He has very skillfully, gently and systematically dealt with my condition and has helped me gain confidence and feel good about myself. This has improved my positive energy levels . I trust that I have been in the hands of a highly skillful person.

This is the first time I am writing a review because quite honestly I am genuinely happy with the physio therapy and the results. I have herniated disc(slip disc) and have been struggling with it for the last 6 years. Have been to multiple clinics but without any actual benefit. I first visited Sana in October 2018 and since then there has been a major improvement in my day to day activities. Sana was able to identify real issues and proposed series of exercises and manual therapy that actually helped me a lot. I cannot say how grateful I am to Sana for her professionalism, her knowledge and the way she treats her patients.
