I consulted Dr Jyoti for my daughter. She gave us excellent advice on how to take care of acne-prone skin. And her medications are very helpful and effective.

My experience with Dr Jyoti has been absolutely satisfactory and wonderful. Her indepth knowledge and expertise with skincare is appreciable. With her guidance and support, my acne has definitely reduced and is in under control.

Dr. Jyoti is an amazing doctor/dermatologist I have ever met. I have been to so many dermatologist before seeing her, thay all have given me bad experience and we're highly professional . ******* *** *** *** **** ** *****.Dr Jyoti treated my prolonged skin infection, that too in online consultation.i told her I can't come,she asked me to send pics of infected area ,after that she gave lots of time ,heard my problem,gave me assurance that I will be fine soon.she again call me after providing me prescription and explain everything single medicine. After 2 days again I received a message from her clinic regarding my disease..how I m feeling? I really loved that way of her working. she ws right I felt better within 2days of her medicine. Thanks a lot to her and lots of best wishes to Doctors like her who believe in serving for humanity, not working fees. looking forward for second follow up with her.

Very high wait time even though the clinic was completely empty, and this happened on both visits. I was in a painful emergency situation and the doctor was of no help as use. She mentions multiple cities on her letterhead but there was no help or support in those cities to help patients. ** **** ******* ***** the doctor never attends her phone calls and none of phone numbers provided are hers but all of her staff, who to put it mildly are greatly incapable to dealing with patients and are in a hurry to disconnect your call.

There is no care or duty from her towards her patients, will not recommend. Had an absolutely terrible experience.

I had a bad experience when i visited for a skin rash treatment. The doctor suggested an ointment to apply and assured the result to be seen immediately which i was skeptical about since any ointment would take some time to effect. Along with this she mentioned that her receptionist will call after a weeks’ time to check on the progress however i received the call after couple of hours which was illogical. Also, she told me that the consultation charges are only valid for 7 days and i have to visit after 2 days. I informed her that i was going out of town and will be back only after 2 weeks to which she was ok and assured not to charge the consultation fee when I visit next. Anyway I bought the ointment and started using it ******* ** *** **** ********* *** * **** I started facing the same problem next day. When I came back i called the clinic and asked for appointment also reminded her not to charge any consultation as discussed to which the receptionist started behaving rude and hung up saying these are rules she cannot do anything about it. I called her again and she stopped answering my calls.

I visited Dr. Jyoti Malik’s clinic last week. During my first visit she prescribed some medicines; but I was surprised to see that her staff was selling that medicine to me. I found it unusual to see doctor staff selling medicine. Most of those medicines were more than a year old. While I was irritated; but for sake of politeness and not to make any issue out of it, I ended up purchasing medicine from them.

On my follow-up visit, doctor advised me to continue with the medicine and this time again her staff came running asking me to pay for the medicine. She was in no mood to give me an option to say No.

Problem didn't end here, now she gave me a completely difference medicine and claimed that doctor is ok with this. I was surprised to see that staff was pushing me medicine that was in their stock and not the one which I required. **** **** *** ****** ******* ****** ************ *** ****** ** ** ******* **** ** ***** ******** *******

Problem didn't end here... Before I leave the clinic, her staff submitted Practo feedback on my behalf [without asking me] and she asked me to just confirm on my mobile. Now I was pretty sure, some Con job was running here, and the staff was in pursuit of winning inflated feedback. I came out convinced that this was be my last visit to this clinic. My Honest Opinion, Look for better option.

I visited the doctor for acne. I felt the examination and consultation was rushed. The face time with doctor was not more than 10 minutes. *** *********** ********* **** **** * ********* *** *** *** **** **** **** * ******* ************ ***** ** *** **** ****** I was told that details on medication application will be provided by the assistants. The assistant also did a rushed and shoddy job with providing details on product application. Overall I spend more than 2k on the purchase from clinic, applied it for about 2 weeks, ********* ** ************ I was told the prescription should show results in 5 days with a 40% reduction in acne. I was asked to visit the doc in 5 days but honestly my first experience wasn't good enough to visit the clinic again. It felt like a rip off.

Doctor was very patient in listening to all my concerns and her treatment plan was also very clear and shared immediately. I had a good experience. Thank you.

Nice and friendly. Listens patiently and clarifies all doubts.

Would definitely recommend for skin disease treatment.
