Absolutely no ethics and money-driven staff at Oliva Skin & Hair Clinic. I was harassed to make a payment while lying on the procedure table, even though the confusion was entirely their mistake. Instead of owning up, the admin staff showed zero empathy and only cared about money. Such behavior is disgraceful and unacceptable in healthcare. Staff like this shouldn’t be part of the medical industry at all. Strongly not recommended.
