Zinc supplement
I need to understand benefits of Zinc supplement for my wife. She has excessive lower body fat & is working hard since last 4 years to get rid of it. We tried Yasad bhasm from Baidyanath for just over a month & it's showing remarkable improvement as her lower body is getting in shape. However I am not sure about quality of that bhasm & want to buy some certified supplement instead. I need recommendation about brand and type of Zinc supplement I should buy for both of us (I also take it for general well being)

Hello..
Well we generally prescribe multivitamin supplements for general well being and do not specifically prescribe zinc supplements..We generally give it in case of diarrhoea and also cases of viral fever. ..I would suggest you to meet a physician and first discuss about its need...Thank you
