Yoga for digestion
1)How can we make fruits more digestable like banana, mango, etc.? Should we add any particular salt to it, or is there any other way? 2) should we sit in vajrasana lose after eating fruits, or is it just required after heavy meals? Kindly be specific and answer both the questions. Thanks in advance.

Hello Practo User, As per your queries it can be said or stated that 1.)You might have low digestive power ie. . the Agni in Ayurveda .Most of the fruits which are organic ( took natural ripening process) doesn't cause indigestion or make you feel heavy after consuming them until and unless it has been overly consumed are heavily eaten but if you feel so then you can add rock salt ie.. sendha Lavan and black pepper in it, in case of mangoes you can go with dried Ginger powder it adds to the taste and also doesn't make you feel bloated. 2.Vajrasan after meals should be done as it initiates or helps in proper digestive process so it can be done after consumption of heavy meals.
