Yes, you can get it checked.. nothing harmful. After the age of 30 years it's better to go for regular health check ups, because nowadays youngsters at their 30's are dying due to heart attack...may be due to work stress, obesity, sedentary lifestyles,lack of exercise and poor eating habits. If regular health check ups done. .. only then health issues can be sorted as early as possible.
